Q- How do I make a booking?
A- Simply fill the fax form online, print and fax it to us or call the FREE number.

Q- what are your opening hours?
A- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week .

Q- I am arriving from Germany next tuesday? Do I have to make booking or can I call you on arrival?
A- Without a booking, you will have to wait at least 30 minutes at the airport. With a booking there will be a driver waiting for you at the airport with a board with your name written on it.

Q- What is VAT? Is it included?
A- V.A.T is Value Added Tax and it is included.

Q- What is GBP?
A- British Pound Sterling, the currency of the United Kingdom.

Q- What kind of taxis do you have ?
A- We have saloons (normal cars), estate cars (4 seater with bigger boot), and MPVs (6 persons). we do not have the usual London black taxis.

Q- How can I recognize my cab ?
A- The driver will have a board with your name written on it.

Q- Do I have to pay a deposit when I book?
A- No, not for the moment.

Q- What happens if I have a complaint?
A- Just call us on the free number and ask to speak to one of the managers, Mr Gary or Mr Steve.
